Shot/reverse shot is a technique where one character is  shown looking at another. Then the next shot is of the other character looking back. This creates the the idea of a conversation between the characters and is key in film making.

  1. These images are good, but you need to do more to explain the technique. For example, how does it link to the 180 degree rule? A diagram would be good here.
